TERMS OF SERVICE
This website is operated by The Christendom Curriculum. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Christendom Curriculum. The Christendom Curriculum offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Every time you visit this website, use its services, or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 – SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of The Christendom Curriculum and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of The Christendom Curriculum, with copyright authorship for this compilation by William Chad Newsom.
Do not repost, republish, reprint, or in any other way distribute or transmit any text, images, videos, or other content found on this website, especially curriculum content purchased here, without permission, or except as permitted in the paragraph immediately following this one. The various Christendom Curriculum Essays, Worksheets, Videos, etc., that we have created are copyrighted. We’ve worked hard to make it easy for you to download purchased materials, but your purchased copy is licensed to you alone, and should not be shared. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our content, images, and other proprietary material is a violation of contract and law.
By purchasing any Christendom Curriculum product, you agree to use the text, images, and any other content from the Curriculum only to provide for the home education of your children or those living in your immediate household. You agree to not distribute the material in any other way, including but not limited to email or social media, and you agree to not share the Curriculum content with others for their personal use. The agreement is that each person who wants to use the Curriculum must purchase a copy.
Your purchase of The Christendom Curriculum comes with free updates. That is, if we make changes to the Curriculum, you will be notified of the changes, and the new material will be added to or changed in the documents on the website where the Curriculum materials are located, and you will continue to have access to those documents through the link provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change this offer at any time.
Your purchase price is for The Christendom Curriculum as a whole, which includes the overall compilation of resources, as well as original material (e.g., original essays, introductions, instructions, videos, reading lists, etc.) we have created for it. We do not sell to you the books, essays, links to online videos, and other material that we have not created. Rather, these books, essays, and videos are assigned to students as part of the Curriculum; and we have included PDFs and other formats of these items, wherever possible, as a convenience, and to help keep the cost down for homeschool families. To the best of our knowledge, all such items included in this Curriculum are either in the public domain (e.g., the vast majority of the books), or are made freely available on the Internet (e.g., certain book titles), or are used by permission (e.g., the Biblical Horizons essays), or are simply links to websites outside of The Christendom Curriculum. If any errors are discovered, please Contact Us and we will make any required corrections.
Many of the books included in the curriculum are in the public domain in the U.S., but may still be copyrighted outside the U.S. If you are aware that any item included in the Curriculum is still under copyright, please Contact Us and we will investigate the matter and/or remove the item as soon as possible.
This Curriculum is a Christian Nationalist homeschool curriculum, and as such is pro-American, pro-European, pro-Christendom, pro-South, anti-Social Justice, anti-Multiculturalism, and anti-Globalist. As a Christian Nationalist curriculum, we also support the rights of all nations, whether of European origin or not, to live in their own culturally unique ways; we oppose violence as a means of political change; believe all men are created in the image of God and entitled to all the respect and honor pertaining to that status; and we fervently pray for peace, truth, true justice, and righteousness under Christ’s Law and Gospel for all nations, whether European or African, Gentile or Jew. If any of this offends you, The Christendom Curriculum is likely not a good fit for you, unless you are open to having your thoughts on these matters challenged. However, we would much prefer that you not purchase this Curriculum than to purchase it and then complain because you don’t like aspects of it that we have openly described from the beginning.
To keep costs down for homeschool families, we have created this Curriculum using such features as digital books, online delivery, and a no-return policy. Because we do not offer refunds, we encourage you to make sure The Christendom Curriculum is a good fit for you before purchase. We provide a great deal of information on our website, we send out Study Help and Battle Paper samples as part of our extensive Free Sample Pack, upon request, and we are happy to answer any additional questions you have before you buy.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

This includes comments posted on any of our social media pages or groups associated with Christendom House or The Christendom Curriculum.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.
